We take great care in ensuring your order arrives beautifully and safely. All our candles are carefully packaged using protective, eco-conscious materials to preserve their integrity from our hands to your home.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you are fully covered. Please contact us at support@escorciathelabel.com with your order details and photos (if applicable), and we will promptly send you a replacement — on us.
✨ Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, as long as the product remains unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Due to the nature of our handcrafted goods, items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to support@escorciathelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process with care.
✨ Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
You may choose between:
• A full refund (excluding taxes and shipping fees), or
• A store credit for the same amount, to be used toward your next soulful purchase.
